Who can use the Hotline?
- Teachers who have completed the AAM
training course
- Teachers who have been successfully mentored
by an AAM teacher
- Teachers who have completed 20 hours
of AAM workshops
Only AAM Partner Directors can add teachers
to the AAM Telephone Support database. Use the Telephone
Support - Teacher Information Sheet (Adobe
PDF, 98KB) to gather all necessary teacher information. Also,
AAM directors can copy and paste current teacher information
into the Teacher
Information spreadsheet (Excel, 16KB). When completed,
e-mail the spreadsheet to Oran
Mosteller.

The AAM Hotline is a referral
service providing:
- Technical assistance for software and
hardware issues
- Lesson planning assistance
Phone calls are typically five minutes or less in length
How to use the Hotline:
When calling the Hotline, please listen
to the menu and select the appropriate option. If all operators
are busy you will be placed on hold and your call will
be answered as the next operator becomes available.
